Each course contains approximately seven hours of training, plus bonus training.  Most students finish in about a week -- it all depends on your learning style! Some even plow through the course in 1-day, while others take their time and review the material for a few weeks.

Absolutely. Officially, no certification is required to be an Apostille Agent. However, you are hired by prospective clients based on your knowledge and wisdom in how to process documents to be Apostilled and Authenticated.

Therefore, everyone who has successfully completed Course 1: The Fundamentals of Apostilles will receive a Certificate so you can demonstrate you have taken the most complete Apostille Agent course and passed the exam with a 90% score or better. You can showcase your Ezra Apostille Training Academy Certification and put the Ezra Apostille Training Academy seal on your business cards and marketing materials.

It is very easy to become an Apostille Agent. This ease of getting into the Apostille business generally causes a higher supply of Apostille Agents. In fact, the public can process their own Apostilles. No certification is required. Which some people fear because that creates competition.

However, this will work to your advantage. The low barrier to entry to get into the business causes the majority of Apostille Agents to be lower quality, untrained agents.

As an Apostille Agent, you actually don't need any certifications. However, to build a successful Apostille Signing business, you will need sufficient training to process Apostilles for the vast variety types of documents for every county, state, federal, and embassy level of government, who all have different rules and regulations. In addition, to the training of knowing how to properly process Apostilles for each government agency. Unless, you know how to obtain clients and have some basic skills in setting up your Apostille business you find it very difficult to succeed.
